Terms and Conditions

PRICING
All prices are in Canadian funds, unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges will be added to each invoice. All prices include Public Performance Rights, unless otherwise noted.

PAYMENT
Invoices are payable net 30 days, and payment may be made via company cheque, Visa, American Express or MasterCard.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipments are FOB Vaughan (Toronto). Shipping method is Express Post unless otherwise arranged.

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE TAPES
We will replace, free of charge, any program that is found to be defective due to manufacturing error.

BULK PURCHASING
Discounts for multiple purchases of individual programs or series of the same title are available upon request.

DUPLICATION RIGHTS
License/Purchase of programs does not include duplication rights. Duplication rights are available on a title by title basis. Please contact us for additional information.

COPYRIGHT
All Visual Education Centre Limited programs are covered by the Canadian Copyright Act and International Copyright Regulations. Programs may not be rented, loaned or resold outside the licensee’s/purchaser’s organization. They will not be broadcast or retransmitted in whole or in part or for any reason, including closed circuit and cable; they will be exhibited solely for non-theatrical use for which no admission is charged; they will not be advertised, altered or duplicated, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Visual Education Centre Limited.
